What understanding have you gained through astral projection that you would have never known otherwise?

In other words,

When you jumped out and went around after many times, what have you realised, that most of the ignorant populace will never know because they dont expand their horizons?

Among other things, I have discovered...

The physical reality is no different than the astral dimensions. The apparent solidity here in the physical stems from a consensus agreement on reality. This is how the law of attraction and manifestation works.

The higher self / Source is far more proactive on the astral level. This is why affirmations are far more effective when spoken aloud x 100. This is because the throat chakra projects the voice into the astral.

Physical reality and real life is something we need to live. This is where it is all happening. Through physical life, we can all progress rapidly. What would take a thousand years in another reality can be accomplished down here in a few months.

Life is beautiful on every level.

Love works.

We are our own worst enemies.

Spiritual growth = personal growth as a human being. These are indivisible. Getting therapy is a powerful spiritual act that will do you more good in the short term than any other spiritual practice.
