Energy Storage Area and Quality of Energy

Should only highly vibrational energy be moved into the storage area, or can it transmute stale energy as in the case of sha?

I think the storage centers convert any type of energy.

I have no idea how you would be able to tell the difference between high vibe energy and stale energy, in any practical way.

I would not, however, recommend raising and storing energy intentionally in a toxic environment.

Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, is a basic rule of physics. This appears to apply to subtle energy. So as a general rule of thumb, your intention is an important aspect for energy raising. So if you intend to raise and store healthy energy, this is what will happen.
