Hi there,
I seem to have no trouble using the NEW tactile awareness technique to draw energy starting with concentrating circular motions around my left foot, then raising alongside my leg and up my thighs/glutes/back to upper body, but have trouble with my right-side. Not only this, but my right-side of my body is noticeably weaker in when lifting weights than my left-side.
This is odd because I am right-handed.
Have you (or anyone else) any suggestions to open up the energy flow on that side of my body a bit more?
