Is this kundalini

Recently i have had very strange occurances, mostly precognition, but i also believe i telekinetically affected my shower by turning it on in my sleep. I dunno if this is a coincidence or is it the Kundalini rising in some form or another. Or am i just getting over-exited?

Kundalini rising is usually a very specific phenomenon. Telekinesis and precognition are not specific indicators of kundalini rising but rather of general psychic awakening (which can prepare one for causing a kundalini rising but will usually not cause the incident by itself).

I would guess that that indeed isn't Kundalini, there are gennerally alot of physical sensation that come along with it. Also, i have rarely seen 'unconscious' TK come with Awakenings, however, after them some people claim ot be significantly more developed at it.
