Questions on Kundalini

Robert--I hope that all is well.

I've seen mention of you completely raising your Kundalini through years of hard work and training. Do you plan on creating an article that can provide us with the same direction that you undertook so that we can slowly achieve this state as well? If you have already (or know of any credible sources), would you mind sharing the resource?

The methods I used are similar to the energy work methods I give in Astral Dynamics.

Added to this, lengthy practice sessions in full trance, several hours per session.

My past had semi prepared me, but I was lucky to survive and it took me many years to stabilize. So I would recommend a great deal of inner work and preparation, and psychotherapy, to ensure inner balance, before this.

I am working on a feature article and will eventually write a book on this.

There are few reliable sources on this subject that come from actual experience with raised kundalini, as opposed to awakened kundalini....these things are quite different.

I'll do my best to get the article out this year..
