Is there anything to gain, do, or otherwise benefit from OBE'ing?

Is there any value besides curiosity purposes (like magic or other stuff) I can do?

I was thinking that maybe you can manifest by using visualization while OBE'ing?

Your imagination is the only limit to what you can do during OBE.

The fear of death eases greatly.

In the astral, you are closer to your higher self.

The higher self is far more proactive in the astral.

So anything you do in the astral, including manifestation or healing or prayer, is far more powerful than when done in the normal conscious state.
