Secondary and tertiary center work.

I'm on chapter 3 of the Energy Work book. It talks all about doing secondary and tertiary energy work. It says you should be well practiced with these before moving onto primary center work. But how do you know exactly when you're ready?

This question would perhaps be best answered by the author Robert Bruce but I will venture to say that the energy centres in the feet are essential to open to draw energy thru the gates frp, crown to toes and toes to crown . I do not think it is a matter of when you are ready but rather about opening crown and the perineum . The perineum draws energy up best from the feet . So inho , I feel he is suggesting a logical order of development and not suggesting delaying the beginning of your path .
