I've been working on the MAP program, but I've only gotten to Day 4 so far. At this point I made a decision to just meditate for a few days as it seemed my mind was VERY scattered. I noticed this when having difficulty brushing and sponging my toes. It seemed that I was only unable to do this when my mind was scattered. So I have taken a few days to strengthen my focus; calm my mind. So I haven't been doing day 4 of the MAP program. Do you think it's okay to pick back up at day 4 or should I start from scratch?
