strange new sensations

Hello Robert

First off let me thank you for your great books, and patient enthusiasm with everyone.

well i put this in the energy work forum and no one really knew what to say.

when I do energy work around the base centre and buttocks, there is instatntaneous mad physical nervous twitching. I have tried leaving it, i've tried working extensively on it. neither did the trick. I cant activate my base chakra cuz its just so distracting, the minute my awareness is centered in that area it just starts twitching like crazy.

It never used to be like it, but its been like it for about 5 months or so now

any suggestions you can come up with would be greatly appreciated

From what you say, your base center is overactive. Therefore it does not need stimulating for normal energy work.

i advise you to avoid this center and work around it.

go back to it every couple of months and check, but continue avoiding it until it stops twitching.

Work around it and go on with your energy work as normal.

This is a very good sign.
