Helping hand in the Astral plane

I have asked this quastion 2 Robert Bruce with no answer.
I will try same quastion to anyone who wants to help me.
I have tryed hard, very hard to have an Astral travel.
Each time i type the words "Astral" it makes me think about the all things i can do at the Astral dimension. And the places i can go to.
I wonder if there is someone who can take someones Astral body to the Astral plane(dimension).

If there is someone who can take my Astral body for 1 sec, PLZ plz plz ,,,, plz help me.

Dear Reckon: Robert is a busy man but he tries, in between teaching workshops, to answer all the questions he can get to. He sometimes goes to places where internet service is poor or nonexistent, but he does try to answer questions and help people.
Have you read any of the materials he has written so that you can come up with a practice routine you can try until he can get to you?
