Intense Heat

I just had a very vivid dream...on the verge of lucid

The dream itself wasn't so important it is what happened upon awakening
I was actually woken up by the phone ringing, and was startled to find out I was burning up

My whole body was covered with sweat and it felt as if I was burning from the inside out
The room was cool, and I felt slightly disconnected from my body so I grounded myself. It took a few moments before I cooled off.
What could have caused this heat? An energy spike? This has happened on a few other occasions but not this intense. Anybody have any ideas as to what would cause it?

Someone is trying to help you and gave you a bunch of energy to clean out and strengthen your energy system. Someone thinks your a good person so is helping you. I was the same for me untill I got proud of myself and failed to conquire my shorcomings fast enough. When you start out youre really popular, light and dark wants to check you out, in your case light only I think. I'd say just go along with it, I dont think lots of energy can really be bad for you, no matter how intense the sensations.
