Is the exact location of the kundalini at the base of the spine or at the root chakra? When I want to develop kundalini, do I stimulate the base of the spine or the root chakra?

based on unverified sources and not personal experience. when energy is ran up the spine resulting in opening of the 6 charkas . this action over time with supposed the accumulated energy in body can result in the kundalini.
if you crack this would love to know myself :)
