Hang over energy work

What energy work can you do that would nullify the effects of a hangover? (Just curious because some people I know like to drink a lot and I hate the moody attitudes afterward).

A lot of the effects of a hangover are due to imflammation. You can borrow the idea of using one of your thumbs to represent the person you are sending to (from reiki) and use NEW to send energy into your thumb. It will help with the pain from the hangover and with it some of the moodiness.

There are pills on the market called "chasers" - that's the brand name - which you take with your drinks. Basically two pills every couple of drinks as you drink and it helps prevent a hangover without getting in the way of being drunk. I asked a pharmacist who told me that a calcium antacid tablet should be just as effective as "chasers" brand pills and a lot cheaper. Just something you might want to pass along to your friends.
