Awarness...

Hi everyone…
I noticed how my awarness is disturbed by my wishes...or wants….

I am very interested in embroidery and I can say it is a passion...I have bean so frustraited how and why I loose my concentration and
focus and embroider wrong... I have tried to keep an Eye on myself what happens...and today I did notice what it is distrubing my awareness and focus...... it is my want to be able to embroider in a colore what I fancy and really want to embroider in ...a want to do the part what I feel gives me more satisfaction in my creativity....so now I know where the default happens so to speak…

Does there be a term what decribes this focus lack or awarness loss??

I do not Think it is distraction…..because I am focused but my thoughts are ahed when the reality is not there yet so to speak….thought have taken me from the real Point ahed...I do not know how to decribe….distraction for me is what comes in to disturbe the action I am in....from outside….I am focused in my embroidery and focused...but the thought is ahed and it is what I act on....

What I have noticed what embrodery is for me...to train focus and keep an Eye of myself vs reality and keep the chattery of mind silent...because you have to focus and this was what I noticed when I default was that I was ahed the reality with my own want….in embroidery chart there are symbols for colores….like x= red....0= yellow etc...I wanted to embroder with yellow but the chart was on x so this I mean was my want ahed the reality...reality in this case was 0 and not x.

So now when you know this….do your galantry fit into this??

I created an astral sword, shield cup and suit of armour not too long ago. Just goes that I could use an embroider. ;)
