After you raise Kundalini, is achieving Astral Projection easier?

when you raise kundalini improperly, i conceive that your OOBe's are not to happen. the mind mode "enlightened" is necessary for this state of awareness.

You do not have to be enlightened to astral project, or to raise kundalini. Doing these things are part of becoming more enlightened.

Yes. I always advice people to do conscious astral projection 'before' attempting to raise kundalini. Astral projection is easier, and it activates chakras and the energy body in ways that make it more compatible with kundalini.

Raising kundalini takes a great deal of time and effort. You can waste an enormous amount of time and energy trying to jump ahead to raising kundalini, only to fail. You may fail and give up on it, or you may fail and have to go back to the start and learn how to meditate and to astral project....to do your homework before attempting to raise kundalini again.

Conscious astral projection changes the human energy body in ways that make raising kundalini more achievable.

I believe that raising kundalini is like emptying your trash - not a goal in itself, but (should be) a natural result of the other endeavors and obvious "signals" on your way. Chakras open and close, and change their "mode" all the time, to a certain degree, when a need arise. This "certain" degree is something that develops naturally - if not forced. I'd rather focus on goals, rather than technicals (which raising kundalini is).

OOBE: kundalini is earth
Astral project: earth is wise
Kundalini: wisdom is alright

So, you have a way with your peace in all three, in no particular fashion. It's all yours.

Kundalini is, above all, an evolutionary mechanism. Once activated/awakened it will force evolution to occur.

What is that what evolves? Consciousness (yang)? Or the underlying energy / matter (yin)? (Or possibly, the in-between, yin-yang, or energy: partly conscious, partly unconscious). AFAIK "mechanism" is a very good term for that... also "force", as it "forces" things to happen. But it is in constant conflict with consciosuness (vs. mechanization).

All of those and more.

It is actually very simple, so simple and basic that most people will never be able to understand it.

This raises the question 'what is spiritual evolution?'

It has nothing whatsoever to do with psychic abilities, or contact with spirits, etc.

It has everything to do with maturity and wisdom and connection with the inner/higher self.

It seems like a veeery broad topic - because it raises a lot of different questions that are unable to be exhausted. It's like asking about what is the universe, and wanting to have an answer in one exhaustive enough statement, I guess.

Yeah, simple things seem to be hard to understand when the rational mind expects always the complexity, because it has been taught to do so.

But my simple view is that it raises essentially the question: "but what is spirit?". I see the spirit as consciousness and life itself. To develop / extend / expand / evolve spirit means simply to develop your natural ability to be conscious* - particularly of most sublte nuances of the universe... I mean, I totally agree that it is "so simple and basic that most people will never be able to understand it". The mechanical approach to consciousness keeps an "adept" away from his or her own center / consciousness, making an illusion of a requirement of something that is beyond, not within.

So, I always was sceptical about mechanical approach to evolution of something (spirit) that creates mechanisms (like an energetic system), and is not a slave nor secondary to them - energy system IMHO is not consciousness.

*what are those "things" that we can be conscious of? I think "infinity" of things that we can start to be conscious of, or being conscious more, would be the best answer... I believe that the fundamental difference between a god and an average human being lays in an amount of things that it is conscious of.

Following along those lines, it is a matter of being conscious of yourself, of who you are and what you are. Again, sounds very simple. But here you are being asked to understand your own psychology, which is not easy. This is why it is so important to be real, to be honest with yourself in all things.

I'm having exactly the same point. Being not self means simply to loose your spirit (the true self).

Strength and everything else comes only from one place: the "core nature".

I think that the difficulty arises from the fact that "own psychology" is not something that can be defined. Spirit is infinity. Definition is always finite.

Defining yourself is loosing the spirit. I think taoist were right.

Any limitations we put on ourselvse... are exactly that: limitations.

With the today's insight, I learnt that we can find all the answers easily to any question - from the spirit. It's not a problem. The problem is forming the "correct" question... The question you form triggers the answers you recieve... Limited question gives you a false sense of "knowing" (defining, and limiting). Hence spirit development.

There are many ways to describe your own psychology. It is as simple as it is complex. And it is probably the most difficult thing to do. But when it is done you have enormous power, over your self and your own life. This is because understanding your own psychology brings balance. And with balance comes power. Power over your self. The power to grow and to change and to become whatever you want to be.

What other tools than kundalini do you consider to be valuable for that purpose?
