I am actively trying to raise Kundalini. The method I am following is from here:

I am mainly trying to get my root chakra to strobe, to induce the snake.

I was wondering what spiritual advice the diety gave you on your first kundalini NDE.

The spiritual advice I was given by the 3 Magi during my first Kundalini rising was more like "'You should be dead....how did you do this....?" But seriously, I was told to go back and clean up my energy body, to do the inner work and to cleanse myself of negative attachments and etc. And then to come back when I'd done that. This is sage advice.

Do the inner work. See a therapist and deal with any issues you might have. Then learn how to induce an out of body experience. Then move on to raising kundalini with energy work. Inducing an obe is relatively easy compared with kundalini raising, and this will prepare you for the larger energy movements involved.
