I´m on day 10 on the MAP program.
The last two days I´ve been feeling happier than usual, more social at work and analytic of peoples feelings, more relaxed in body and mood.
Today when I was at work I felt really happy and peaceful (even though I had to get up at 05.45 and work a really long day)
and this feeling intesefied and I felt a rush in my entire body, it was almost
a little overwhelming, It faded to a more comfortable level when I went for a walk around the office, I´m guessing this has something to do with the energy work I´ve been doing ( I´m doing lower body and also the hands )
Has this something to do with the heart chakra opening, should I wait with energy work for one day or is it ok to continue?
pls comment, I´m curios to hear your responses :)
Btw, I´m still feeling happy :)

This is really cool, because a lot of people, including me, have reported very positive and strong feelings of happiness. Maybe it is something in the air... Peace and love and happiness to all beings of Earth!
Btw, perhaps you should start keep your own journal? Where you can make daily posts, instead of a new thread / day. It is easier to follow your work that way.
Take care!

Congrats! :)
If you get a body rush, and it becomes less through walking, you may have a look at grounding techniques. A walk is one in a way.
Generally if you feel a little overwhelmed it is a sign that you reach 100% capacity, which is sub-optimal. Reduce your energy work to 70%, and everything should come along fine, because you overdo it a bit, you still come in somewhere between 70 and 100%. But if you go to 100% you suddenly strain to 120% and maybe lose a day or two and accomplish less.
This is a bit of a balance and finding one's comfort zone. If you stay within the comfort zone, everything goes ahead in a steady pace with a good feeling. If you overdo it happiness and dread start to interchange, you begin a rollercoster feeling of highs and lows, which is less effective. If you stick to below your capacity, this capacity grows fastest, and you will have more time where you feel okay or good than having some peaks followed by lows.
So, reducing a bit could not hurt. You will notice when things become easier, then add another bit. This should give optimum results. Every time you feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable you either do too much, or do it wrong, or both. Takes this as a warning from your body and reduce to find the comfort zone again.
Take good care and good progress,
Oliver

This happened to me as well.. I think I put it in an earlier post
I have has an overall feeling of well being..Even when something bad happens, or I get annoyed...I look at it, examine it and move on. I feel energized mentally like I have never been before

That is the comfort zone. I struggled months to reach it, and now it is a good place to be. :D

thx all for the replies, I only did hand work last night, i still fell good in body and soul and hasn´t had any overwhelming sensations.
Think i will continue to do the lower legs but maybe shorten the excercises.
I agree with you Shannanigans, I feel the same way, I feel very positive on the future.
It almost feels like I send out positive energy that people wan´t to get a taste of,cause people who hasn´t approached me before wanna talk and stuff.
