Which Course First, your MAP or Bardon's IIH

1. Mr. Bruce, would you recommend that I master your course (MAP, AD, and MAP 6CD) before Bardon's IIH course, Bardon's before yours, or would you recommend that I study both courses concurrently?

2. In addition to owning all of your works, Bardon's, and Kraig's Modern Magic, I also own the Hemi-Synch Support for Journeys Out of Body that was advertised on your website, the Lucidity Institute's A Course in Lucid Dreaming, which works with LaBerge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, and Belzebuub's A Course in Astral Travel and Dreams. Do you have any suggestions as to whether I should use these items in conjunction with above mentioned, separatley, or not at all?

I would suggest the most important book to study prior to Bardon's IIH, is my book, Energy Work.

This will help you to handle the IIH work more successfully, as Energy Work will teach you how to move energy more effectively.

All my other works will also help your understanding, but Energy Work is key.
