Strange errr.... wiggly feeling near base chakra

After doing a few of the energy raising techniques the other night I got a strange "wiggly" feeling near the base chakra. It wasn't really a tingling, but more like something moving around. If I concentrated I was able to increase the size/sensation slightly. I'm not really worried, just a bit curious as to what this is.

Robert Bruce has described such symptoms as kundalini spikes and strobing of chakras which could be what you feel . It is not uncommon to feel energy awareness in this important kanda . Energy mainly enters the human energy body through the crown which is called the Crown of the Goddess and this seat which is called the Throne of God . After energy work , the throne might feel all sorts of stimulation . I suggest always deep cleansing from crown down before raising energy from the feet up . This will help eliminate blockages .
