can anyone give me a tip which is the best way to beginn NEW?
i never worked my energy in any way and i feel it is time to start..

Depends if you are starting from the MAP book, or the .pdf file ?
If the answer is; neither, then I'd advice you to get the MAP book, since it incorporates a step-by-step guide into OOBE's and NEW.
To make it possible to start right now: Start with thumb joints and then your feet / legs.

unfortunately i am not able to get the printed books so i'm stuck with the .pdf files found on the site..
