Raising energy in the pre-OBE vibrational state?

Does anyone have any advice regarding energy raising practices performed in the pre-OBE vibrational state?

Has Robert Bruce already addressed this somewhere?

I believe he has stated somewhere that doing sponging in the astral can be beneficial (I will have to look this up to verify this), also core image removal is best done also in the astral- again, I believe this is in PPSD, but once again will have to double-check my references, so don't take me at my word-yet.

ok i was referring to pre-astral, but if you have stuff on doing stuff in the astral as well, that would be cool

I've got the feeling it could be beneficial to look up Nnonnth's latest posts. He has written about utilising that state for energy work, it's quite insightful.

I am working with technique more or less exclusively and have found it is very very very useful. My technique is to gradually back the vibrations off and I have found over time, combined with a resting and neutral mind, this causes blocks to melt and energy to raise all by itself. I have found there is a strange analogue to the Taoist 'water techniques' of Frantzis, which Korpo is working with, so I have been corresponding with him in detail.

I am also experimenting with working with NEW in this state and combining it with my magickal practices. I think Robert's statements on this have been limited so far but my understanding is that he is working in kundalini manner with this state for certain reasons. I hope there will be more info on this in his upcoming books.
