Energy question in light of 2012 and vibrational changes

I've been noticing very heavy changes in my energy body over the last few months. I do alot of practice but still, it feels as though something is happening "energy-wise" in the world, in a huge manner. I've been experimenting with biofeedback graphs while doing energy work and I have been able to raise energy as high as 5 units of scl. I feel like something is affecting my energy body other than me. I can now feel energy as if my entire body is fused with this and tensing or movement doesnt shut it down. Not that it is painful, but I was wondering if you've noticed anything major happening collectively at an energy level. Thank you.

Some people are more sensitive to energy changes than others.

There is a shift of energy and consciousness occurring in the world. but most people don't perceive this.

You may feel this more than most.

The world is evolving, as it should.
