For all those who have had success with MAP...?

I'm wanting to know from you guys who have had success with MAP how long through the programme did it take you to succeed?

I know it's different for everyone, but how long did it take you to have that first OBE using MAP?

I had my first OBE last summer a few weeks after reading Astral Dynamics. I awoke in sleep paralysis, noted some astral vision, then rolled out of my body. It lacked energy, but was certainly an experience!

This Christmas I began MAP and I think it was in week three when I had another spontaneous OBE in the middle of the night. It was without sight and was just floating above my body.

I'm on day 60 and I've yet to have a consciously induced (from the awake state) OBE as outlined in the book. Nevertheless, something is obviously working!

Well that sounds very positive :D I have just purchased MAP and I start Day1 on Monday, I can't wait!!!
