open chakra

i was wondering what happens when you open a chakra, cause i think my friend opened her hart chakra from what shes telling me. she has a natural ability

first she couldn't feel any energy flow and now shes all exsided that its back and stronger than before

apparantly i tapped into one of the primary chakras.
and since last night, i haven't had a single negative emotion
seriously, tapping into it felt like pure bliss. my headache went away, i had energy to spare (which is why i'm a bit hyper right now) and all the negative feelings went away
