Hand Tingling in the Physical

Recently just after returning from an OBE I have experienced massive tingling in my hands, the type of tingling that could be described as "pins and needles" but of course I havent had any pressure on my hands.

I also experience this sometimes when I wake up after a busy night of regular dreams.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what this may be?

What position do you sleep in? That happens to me when I project out of my recliner, but it's because of the position on the armrests.

I this instance I was on my back when I woke up. My arms were flat on the bed beside my body.
