Burning Fingers

Hi,
I am not attempting to do any actual energy work at the moment, but during meditation or projection practice I am noticing the following...
A strong burning/pressure sensation in my first and middle fingers of my right hand, not necessarily at the same time. I have not had any feelings like it before.

Anyone any ideas?

You might try giving NEW a try on those fingers, eventually the whole hand. That may just clear it up.

Two possiblities:

1) although you are not trying, you are likely 'freeing' energy by meditating

2) some one is trying to contact you energetically and you are only aware of it while meditating
