eye energy exchange

I have read in one of the posts (by Violetsky), that there is an energy exchange when looking into another's eyes.
Most of the time I feel uncomfortable looking into another's eyes in conversation.
Is there anymore information about this?

Usually one of the eyes is more dominant and the other more receptive. You might find that looking at just one of the eyes makes you more uncomfortable while the other does not seem to apply pressure toward you.
