energy raising

I'm not even there yet, but I read ahead to the energy raising section ( I think there was something I ran into before I went ahead too) and I was wondering... Robert says that you imagine like your imaginary hands are holidng energy and sweeping it up your legs, but before that I was thinking it was like just making a pumping action with my legs - and also it was like a continuous flow? I havn't done any really just like 1 or 2 "energy raises" hmm I guess I should find which one is right for me huh? Mmm solved my own problem ;D


We should have a peer pressure system so people can practice more, I have a really weak will :/
