How to protect yourself while asleep from astral entities?

I have had numerous occasions now where I have been attacked while sleeping by what I believe is either aliens, demons or shadow beings. I've discovered what they have been doing to me and they are stealing my energy while I sleep from my astral/energy body. Last night's experience I woke up and was in a 5 second sleep paralysis and could feel this being draining energy out of me through my feet. I managed to kick the being and I heard footsteps of it quickly running away. I got out of bed immediately, turned on the lights and checked around the apartment but didn't find anything. This is just one of the numerous experiences I've had with this sort of thing happening.


How does one protect their astral body whilst asleep? some suggestions would be nice.

That's a good idea, I looked at some of the other threads on here and got some more ideas.

Going to buy a anti-static wrist strap and give that a try. I have some magnetic insoles which I will wear inside my socks while I sleep too. Also have some orgonite and hematite handy :D

They bother me about every night last 10 years or so.... I see different things big spiders, snakes, shadows, sometimes some entities step on me or touch me and I literally feel it by my tactile sensations...

So just thought I would post on last night's success! I did a lot of stuff to prevent the attack but I think the thing that worked most was the magnetic insoles inside my socks. I felt the being come at me 3 times throughout the night but each time it was repelled instantly. Very hard to describe this kind of thing in clear terms so I won't even try. On top of that I also astral projected for the first time in probably a year! I went to many different places during the astral projection and saw many unique environments so it wasn't just one place I went to and each one was incredible. The people there were all friendly and I felt an instant connection to them, one of the places felt more real than real life and for a moment I was wondering if I had died and gone to heaven.

I'm not going to stop there, still going to buy an anti-static wrist band today. I saw they also sell anti-static mats (which could be laid on the bed) but these are made to order so will try the wrist band first. The other things I tried was keeping most the lights on and the one in my bedroom dimmed. Had a christian radio station playing softly through the alarm clock. Placed orgonite around my bed, wore hematite around my neck, burnt incense and prayed before sleeping. I don't think any of this actually worked besides the magnetic insoles (or possibly the hematite around my neck) because the being was able to pass through all this and still get to me, wasn't until it touched my body that it was repelled.

I put up a protective barrier around our entire house when we moved in. It's a combination of sigils and earth energy that constantly recycles. I have had a couple of occasions when I was bothered in my sleep, but it was always by someone I knew and had previously allowed into my emotional/spiritual/psychic space, so to speak. Once I specifically evicted them and adjusted the barrier to keep them out, I wasn't troubled any more by them.
