Question about akashic records

If a neg or malicious spirit or person somehow gets into the personal akashic records of a person, would they be able to make changes to things and utilize things, or would they be kicked out or greatly disempowered?

The akashic records is not a place with books and recordings, it's not a physical place. It just seems like it because it's been formed for millenia, but it's only an energy matrix created by experience, like a psychic impression. So no one would be able to change the information, only add to it.
If there is a problem it's because it is not only a record of what was, it's also a record of what might have been, and that can be misinterpreted. This is why so many 'prophets' foretell stuff that doesn't happen- they can't tell the difference between a memory and a probability.

Yes they add a supposed "truth" to your record or soul, and try to murder you by it... murder needs you to be in charge of your identity, that's one of the few things there are to know about it.
