Hi Robert

It's about a year but I feel heat and energy only in my feet.

There is no energy sign in root chakra..however I try to pull up energy through my leg

to root chakra and upper chakras but there is no sign of

heat and energy in chakras ...

So please help me what should I do ?

It is very common to only feel energy in hands and feet and nowhere else. And to some the root chakra is unresponsive, and for others it's too responsive.
With time and practice, this might change, even a little bit. Simply keep doing the work on all the necessary parts- even if you don't feel it, something is happening.

Thanks for the thread ... I understood the LENS effect is useful for blockages and blockages are caused by bad emotions in life...and all of these blockages are in etheric body...that's all...so I have to work on it
