Blood crystals / silica supplements

Has anyone taken silica supplements to rejuvenate / repair their blood crystals? Just curious to hear what the results were and if / how it impacted their psychic abilities.

Ok, "blood crystals" probably sounds like something gross, lol. It's better stated as "living tiny crystals in your blood". Sometimes the smallest crystals are the most powerful. The thought is that you have small crystals in your body and they get damaged / depleted over time and you can repair / supplement them with silica.

What is quartz? At the chemical level it is silica (aka silicon dioxide). You can take it in colloidal form or as a horsetail extract. The main side effect of taking it is as a supplement is that it can give you thicker hair, nicer nails and skin (any restoration of silica depleted parts of your body). Silica absorption declines as we age.

I'm supplementing with the colloidal gel form. It's completely tasteless, but the texture is a little "unfriendly to the tongue" so to speak lol and tasked some getting used too
