I know you mention before about using electric blue ball of energy when doing NEW; is that a preference? I would imagine red being more stimulating.

The color used depends on the purpose for which it is intended, and also how well you can imagine color.

For example, electric violet is the best color for deterring and burning away negative attachments and blockages, whereas blue is more a healing color.

Red is a good energizing color, for lifting depression, low energy, etc.

However, if you cannot imagine these colors, the effort will obviously be wasted.

Electric Violet, in particular, is quite difficult to imagine / visualize, but Magenta and Purple are fairly easy.

All my work is based on personal experience. I suggest you do the same, and experiment and find out what works best for you.

There is a great deal of room for experimentation here....concerning the use of colors and elements in energy work and healing.
