How does the astral double achieve consciousness after the real time double?

The physical body/mind, the real time body/mind, the astral body/mind, and higher bodies, can all be conscious simultaneously. Imagine a Russian doll, which contains several hidden dolls that can be removed and then put back together. So when an astral body is produced, it automatically contains consciousness.

The amount of consciousness energy that is available to a person is variable. For most, when they start having OBE, this is limited to a single projected body for short periods of time. If this practice is continued, the amount of energy that is available will progressively increase over time.

Thank you so much. Is it possible to control which body has this conscious energy for a beginner?
I am assuming the real time double is not capable of time travel so what is the best way for the astral body to be given its consciousness to traverse time?
Also does the real time double need to be produced in order for the astral body to be produced or can consciousness go directly to the astral body after a projection exit?

Many people start off in real time and then automatically shift into the astral planes. And some will shift directly into the astral planes and realms, skipping the Real Time level completely. It is difficult to say what will happen until you get there. You can of course us commands and other methods to shift to different levels.

Time travel is also accomplished using commands and intention.
