yes. I think a few have experienced this.
For me it has only happened when in my bedroom, so what Robert would call Real Time Zone.
I was going along my passage out from my bedroom and something got me by the ankles and flung me in the air throwing me out the window outside. It shocked me at the time but discovered later that we should try to get away from our physical body as soon as possible so we aren't drawn back in. Realised then that this was to benefit me. To teach me.
I've had two gentle pats on the back of the head just before succeeding in raising out of body from bed.
Also hands placed under my waist when I was trying to loosen body.
I can't speak for anyone else but for me this has always left me thinking someone is helping.
If your talking about actual Astral then no I don't think so but bearing in mind if it can happen in RTZ then it can happen in Astral.

It's the reason I learned to project on purpose. Once I learned to induce projection and how to do energy work, it stopped. I apparently had an out of control energy body.
