new energy ways and ocd

I believe i started doing the new system 4-5 years ago.But what happens is that nowadays from since then on the energy sensations seem to interfere when I work or study in an intelligent matter like pressure bands around my ankle ,Is there a chance of psychosis/ocd or delusions and hallucinations associated with the energy work system?
