Question about using Charkra

Before I begin I'd just like to say I didn't know exactly where to put this, but this part of the site seemed the most appropriate. I've never really tried doing anything with my Chakras (I'd like to learn however)

I've been watching a lot of Naruto recently and was wondering if it would be theoretically possible to do things like a Rasengan with your Chakra?

This is a direct quote from Narutopedia "The Rasengan is a spinning ball of chakra formed and held in the palm of the user's hand."

Would there be a way tokens of 'muster' chakra into one spot (like your palm) and have it be so strong that it's visible, or at least people can feel it if they get hit by it?

Not watching Naruto, I'm going to guess that Rasengan is a psiball, and they're using chakra to mean chi or ki. Naruto being japanese, it would be ki.
If you use the search function or take a look at the energy work department, you will see many threads that talk about moving and sending energy with the hands, under various labels- kiballs, chiballs, psiballs and other terms that I haven't thought of this morning.

Im not really sure what your asking here, if your asking how far into Naruto I am: I know pretty much the basic outline for the whole story (from playing the games.)

oh okay , then my answer is this : the chakra in naruto is nothing as the word chakra used in engergy work.

Just out of curiosity I was wondering if Inoichi (Ino) from the Yamanaka Clan in the game you play? , She's telepathic just like me.
