you'd be better off asking the question to a hindu spiritualist who works with Kundalini.

gyatari mantra is one of many , but there is no specific mantra exclusively chanted for kundalini ascension

mantras themselves aren't easy , some are silently repeated some need to chanted out aloud and the incantation has to be correct , otherwise you're just repeating garbage.

Sitting down for a mantra chanting is such an awfully hard thing to do . I have one that I practice and that I can't get myself to sit down and do for more then 10/15 minutes.
