Manifesting in the Astral Realm?

I have a pretty simple question, while astral projecting is it possible to manifest what ever you want and what's it like? If I want to manifest in a Pokemon for example, what would it look like? Realistic or cartoony 3D or even 2D? Lastly, how would one go about manifesting something in the astral realm? This is a topic that really interests me but I can't really find anything on what it's like to manifest something.

I have visited teaching realms in which I've been taught to do this. Perhaps when you project you can request to be taught, and go from there. There is more than one way to do something, and it's different for everyone.
