View Full Version : Thinking about astral projection more likely to project?

Just thought this was odd and was wondering if any of you have the same thing happen. I haven't try to consciously project for a long time, but every now and then I'll have a thought in my bed before sleeping that tells me "Hum, it's been a while I haven't had an OOBE". Sure enough, when I go sleep I end up projecting.

It happened tonight and it was a pretty intense projection. I had rarely been THAT conscious and had that much control over the experience. I find it weird that that happens just by thinking about it, because I didn't actually want to project. I remember thinking that I wanted a good, calm night of sleep so I was hoping it didn't happen and it did.

For some reason, I often try to stop the experience when I feel it's happening, but then I end up giving in to it. I think part or it is fear, because at the beginning everything can be a bit scary. Over time though, I feel less and less fear which I guess is a good thing.

So what are your thoughts? Can simply THINKINH about astral projection make you project, in your experience?

It used to happen all the time, but not any more, but the way I live now, I make it pretty difficult.

CF,

Hey You...

???"...,but the way I live now, I make it pretty difficult."???

Ya know CF, you patiently revealed to me how to take my huge blocks of unreadable miasma & confusion, and deliver it as concise legible statements. And teacher, I thank You for affording me this watchful place to have in my difficulty...cut my teeth.

1037

I can say that I am forgiven and loved, and that I may be forgiving and loving. But if I don't hold this...my presence...as forgiveness & love, then I am but a mockery to that to me given...even as that from me giving mocks. Jude 1:18-25 and (et)all

Because it's not about me, such that I arrogantly turn to see my presence of life is not mine as worthy & deserving of me of/as/in it.

What is mine Is me that mine even IS.

It's a matter of logistics- I haven't been able to get in the right mindset when I do have time, and haven't been able to set aside the time. It may be a 'growth' thing, or it may be something else. Instead of forcing it, I'm just going with the flow.
