Can you get stuck, and other dangers.

Hello. I have yet to have an OBE, but in a few of my lucid dreams, I'm experiencing a vibrating feeling that some have told me could be OBE symptoms. I want to explore further. I do have a few fears though. Is there a chance of getting stuck outside of your body, and are there any other dangers?

Hi Lucidlife.
No, you cannot get stuck 'outside', because you don't leave your body empty.
You create a projectable double of your energy body, and you have simultaneous experiences- 'in' and 'out' of the body. The memory you retain is the one that is the strongest, and since your body is asleep, the out of body memories would be the ones you remember. But if, upon reentry, your physical body goes into a deep sleep, you might have recall problems, as your brain won't be consciously receptive to the memories.
So you can't get 'stuck out', but might forget your experience, or remember it as a dream.
