tingly sensations in the coccyx

A couple of nights ago I was awakened by a strange electrical tingly (stingy) sensations in my coccyx as if some insects were biting it from inside... Does anybody here ever had such sensations in the coccyx?

Sounds like the beginning of a Kundalini spike, and if it didn't go anywhere, it's just starting to become active.
