Well, I know through the practic of NEW, I need only read whatever RB have written then when I practice it I can tell if it work´s or not, and for me it works.
I have tried all his practise´s he has written about and for me it work´s.....Like the tubes whirweling clockwise and otherwise :-)...and wrapping a Place where I have pain, will take the pain away...etc etc....so even I do not feel everytime the rise of my energies I know by how it feels when it works....

For me all RB´s practise works totally.

I have not started yet the 90 days practis for projection, I hope with in a year I will start practise to consiounsly project, I have done it few time´s so I know the rope work´s.
