Hello Everyone,
I just completed my Day 28 practice and it feels amazing. Like my body is a steampunk engine, cogs all around and running like a boss!
Notes:
- At the stage of secondary energy stimulation before energy raising, my brow chakra activated automatically.
- Just after beginning of stimulating the crown center, very strong pressure inside my ears occurred, but it ceased as i continue to work, and after all chakras activated and stabilized, the feeling of serenity covered all around my being and i feel enormously energized. It still continues as i write this message.
