astral dynamic support not responding

Hi Robert,

I sent an inquiry to the astral dynamics support page a week ago and have still not got an answer back from them. My ticket number is/was 3511, and my question is not answered on the new 'Have a Question' page. I'd really like an answer to my inquiry.
