Having re-read Robert Munroes books I gave in and paid £47.00 for a second hand book of ' Otherwhere'.
This is the one book of Kurt's that I had not read.
Because of its expense I want to use the information in here to maybe help along the way as I read it any bits that I think would help new people trying to OBE
Non verbal information he received about OBE. ( in the early days)
Four important functions required to be maintained to the same degree of openness.

1). Thinking. Clear of worries and concerns.
2). Feeling. Strong emotions can propel you to unpleasant realities. It was suggested to conduct your own life in a way so you can keep these feelings in physical to a minimal.eradicate fear to a minimum.
3) Sensing. Comfort prior to attempt. Not too hot , not too cold.No distractions. As little light and sound as possible. Bladder empty.
( if you've read any of my journal I'm constantly getting up to the bathroom before a serious attempt). Stomach, not too full and not too empty.
4). Intuition. The suggestion is the more you can develop this side in physical the more understanding you will have with what you encounter on other side.

At this point I feel for any new OBE'rs 1 +2 are a must before venturing any further.

I'm sure that you already know this, but his website has lots of tips in it to help with the information contained in his books. I learn from it every day even though I've read many of his books.

Yes, I'm on frequently. I wanted something to take on holiday with me to read but couldn't find this available as an e book. Sure it would have been so much cheaper. Brand new was over £100.00 .

Yeah I wish he'd found a publisher for it.
