I've been doing energy work practice for nearly two months daily (1 hour/1hour and half each day), doing energy work on hands, feet, legs, arms, spine, central channel, then the chakras and plank and two channels excercises. Now I feel I've become more relaxed and centered but I also feel as my energy is lowering instead of rising... Anyone has some explanation and/or useful advice?

When you start energy work its not uncommon to feel tired and drained since your energy body and body go from using just a little bit of energy to alot. Its alot like when your out of shape and then you start a intense workout routine you can expect to be tired for awhile until your body gets used to the new energy demands that your putting on it. But I dont think that it should last as long as 2 months after regular practice. Try stimilating your base chakra the most since this will ground you and filling up your sub navel energy store center since this is where I belive alot of physical and vital energy is stored and you can safely fill this storage center as much as you want. The exericies for which are in astral dynamics

What Tenacity said.
It's ok to rest and recharge for a while, take breaks from practice for a few days and then start again. When you take breaks you'll find that when you go back you have progressed.

It might be worthwhile to consider low blood sugar just in case... especially if you are fasting or your diet consists of a lot of simple sugars, carbs, and coffee : ). Low blood sugar can cause fatigue.

Yeah, pretty common, I've had this pretty bad.
My advise would be to ignore any development above the waist. Just do feet, legs and hips.
Your stimulation of the primary energy centers and spine especially has increased the rate in which your energy is being burned/used-up. Focusing on the feet/legs/hips will increase the energy coming into your system and without increasing the burn rate.
You can also try Condensing Breathing which is a technique to accumulate subtle Qi energy and transform it into dense and powerful Jing energy (effectively the reverse of what's going on with you atm). Gary Clyman who teaches this can be overbearing, but this is one of the most powerful techniques I have come across and builds real, powerful, visceral energy in a short period of time so it's worth learning. It's highly condensed energy so it manifests primarily as physical vitality and power but your higher chakras will also be able to burn it for their requirements:
Condensing breathing:
Excersise 1 (you only do this once)

Excersise 2 (the actual condensing breathing)
