How to Contact Spirits?

Since a long time I have a desire to contact spirits - either my dead relatives or unknown ones. Is it possible by applying hemi-snyc techniques?

Which focus levels I have to master/practice very well? In order to explore? And, can anyone share experiences? Any tips please?

(As of now, I could enter focus 10 with ease. Working with focus 12...)

It refers to the same thing, but Fred's work is better, he actually describes everything. I don't know why it isn't there anymore. Maybe you can find it in his forum or website, Explorations in Consciousness.
