darkness coming out of earth socket?

Hi

I was earthing my self by connecting to a wall socket with only earth wire attached had a lot of energy come up my legs and latter noticed darkness coming from the earth socket?

Earthing will often cause surges of subtle energy.

The darkness you saw is likely to be 'earth element'. This is a good thing. Very stabilizing and healing.
