deliverance/removing neg attachment

any opinion as to whether is it effective using christian method of confession, repentance, embracing spiritual evolution and command to remove neg/demon attachment?

I think it depends on what kind of neg you're working with. If it's a demon, I'd say that the catholic ritual of exorcism (the one that says "away unclean spirit", I'm sure you can research it) hopefully delivered by a priest that has exorcism experience would be effective. But realize that often you have to do it more than once.
I think confession is good for the soul regardless on your religion. It wasn't invented by catholics, and follows very simple and effective principles. Repentance depends on whether you believe you did something wrong, and embracing spiritual evolution is always good.
